Vibrant Hearts was born from Lérie’s own journey with the Lord and the healing that His Word and Holy Spirit brought to the pain of her and her family’s past.
They experienced the truth and power of Ezekiel 36:26 first-hand: “A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.”
Friedel and Lérie Coetsee form part of the Pastoral Leadership Team of Life Christian Foundation (LCF), a ministry in Vanderbijlpark that was started in 1999 and of which Friedel has been a member since 2001. The testimony of Friedel and Lérie’s life is a testimony to the goodness of the Lord, despite the death of their 4-year-old daughter (Kyla) in 2005.
In the darkest hour of their lives, the light of the Lord came to shine and to lighten their darkness, to healing their hearts step by step. This is why they testify with such conviction that the words of 1 John 1: 5 and Psalm 18:29 were a profound revelation to them:
- 1 John 1:5: “This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.”
- Psalm 18:29: For You, O LORD, light my lamp; my God lights up my darkness.
Since Vibrant Hearts was presented in 2013 at LCF, the Lord has been honoured for the many lives touched by it and the testimonies of so many people who tell of the goodness of the Lord, Who healed the most painful sores of their past with His loving healing and touch.
